Rodent Control in Mead, WA
Mead is where suburban north Spokane runs out into acreage, and we work both halves of that on the same street sometimes.
Around Mead
Mead is an unincorporated community just north of Spokane, beside the Hillyard and Shiloh Hills neighborhoods, and it is named for the Civil War general George Meade. Deadman Creek splits it in two: the older townsite to the south, with its own 1st through 4th Avenues and Main Street, and newer development to the north on both sides of Highway 2, the Newport Highway. U.S. 395 runs along the southwestern edge, and the two highways meet at a large interchange on the west side of town.
In 1900 Mead was the second stop on the Spokane Falls & Northern Railway, with a general store that also held the post office, a blacksmith and a school of about sixty students. Union Stadium, completed in 2020 for the Mead School District, is on N Market St.
What makes Mead different
On the subdivision side the buildings are newer and the entry points are the usual short list of service penetrations, vents and garage seals. Move a mile out and it is acreage: shops, barns, woodpiles, and pine to the roofline, which is a different job and a bigger envelope to close. The transition itself is what keeps this area active - a subdivision built against open ground has a permanent supply of rodents living in the ground rather than an occasional visitor, and the first hard frost moves them toward the nearest heated building, which is the last row of houses.
How we work in Mead
The same five steps everywhere: a free home inspection, finding exactly how they are getting in, sealing those openings in steel and mortar, trapping and monitoring what is left inside, then cleaning and sanitizing. No poison and no recurring contract. The exclusion work is a one-time repair backed by our guarantee.
Our Coeur d’Alene office at 1217 E Maple Ave puts Mead a short run away. We also work Spokane and Deer Park, and the wider Coeur d’Alene area.

FAQ
Rodent control in Mead: common questions
Do you charge extra to come out to Mead?
No. Mead is inside our normal service area and the inspection is free there like anywhere else.
How fast can you get to Mead?
Mead is covered by our Coeur d’Alene team. For a specific appointment window, call and ask - we would rather give you a real time than a slogan, particularly in winter when the driving decides the schedule.
Is this a recurring contract?
No. The exclusion work is a one-time repair to your building, backed by the money-back guarantee. It is not a monthly service you keep paying for.
